Kurze Ölwanne für Opel C20XE Motor im Rush
Hallo an alle, wer kann mir Fotos senden wie so eine Ölwanne gekürzt aussieht bzw. wenn jemand noch eine Zeichnung. Es würde mir dann leichterfallen sowas anzufertigen....sag schon mal danke Huby
Super....danke ist echt eine Hilfe......das mit dem Teppich passt schon.....grins. Was ich vieleicht noch wissen sollte wäre" wie hoch baut die Wanne auf....Dichtfläche bis Unterkante...vielleicht kannst du es ja mal messen ...danke und Gruß Huby.
Also mal zum Teppich: Wenns keine billige Kopie ist, handelt es sich dabei um einen persischen Isfahan, dürfte etwa 10.000 Knoten pro m*m haben, ca. 3,5*5 Meter messen, ist etwa 50-60 Jahre alt und kostet zwischen 5-6 Keur. Auf sowas stelle ich keinen Motor.

Get an Vauxhall 8v steel sump pan, cut off the bottom rear half and get a plate welded to it. You will also need to incorporate a drain plug into it. Don't forget this will reduce your oil capacity.
Cut off the bottom of the alloy sump and do the same as above, a little more difficult being alloy. If your really handy, you can extend it forward a bit giving you the original oil capacity back.
Obtain a big wing sump from an Opel Manta. This sometimes has it's own problems due to the wings getting in the way of the Exhaust. You can also modify this by cutting off one of the wings.
